Manage daily activities of the store, including the operational, administrative, and people management aspect of the business. In this very hands-on role, you will be leading by example as you sell & service your customers, whilst maximizing the store’ s revenue and profitability. To be considered for this position you will be able to meet the following: - Previous experience in retail management within in a customer service focused hardware environment - High level leadership, management and motivational skills - Ability to drive and achieve sales targets for self and team - Attention to detail, tenacity, initiative, flexibility to meet changing and competing business needs - Demonstrated ability in stock management, merchandising and the ability to work within a dynamic and physical retail environment.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated experienced sales assistant who has extensive knowledge of hardware, both retail and trade who is committed to working with the team to grow the business. Ideally you have worked in or are working in another Hardware Store.The position is full time (38 hours per week). There is a fantastic team and the working environment is fun and supportive. Attention to detail and a strong customer focus are also required.
